Project Overview:

It was a pleasure partnering with Danny to create a memorable escape for his Airbnb guests! Completed in 2024, this whole-home project preserved the property’s historical charm while introducing fresh elements to elevate the experience in Over-The-Rhine, Cincinnati. By blending vintage finds with contemporary pieces, we created an industrial vintage style that flows from the living room to the bedroom, offering a thoughtfully curated, intimate experience for every guest.

Danny shared, “Erica is wonderful. She helped turn my vision for an Airbnb rental into a reality. She understood that I wanted a curated mix of old and new and sourced everything from antiques to furniture and dishware. She’s also great with project planning, keeping everything on track to meet my timeline. From concept to the finishing touches, Erica’s service was exactly what I needed.”

We incorporated wooden elements, including armchairs, industrial light fixtures, and a cozy master bedroom with a fabric headboard. Custom floor coverings added character, while ample seating options—armchairs, barstools, and a large couch—ensured guests could fully enjoy the space. These thoughtful details created a comfortable and stylish home for every guest.
